Andy Schmidt

Andy Schmidt graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College, where he received the prize for the best paper in Latin American history. He earned his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and served as co-president of the school's Migrant Farmworker Project. In 2010 he founded a nonprofit law firm in Colorado where he represented mostly immigrant workers suffering from wage theft. He founded Andrew Schmidt Law PLLC in Portland in 2014, and also continues to serve of counsel as a strategic litigation advisor with Towards Justice in Denver

Andy is licensed to practice in Maine state and federal courts.

Pam Lee

Pam Lee earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from George Mason University in 2018, where she was a member of the George Mason Law Review and Moot Court Board. While in law school, Pam worked as a law clerk for the U.S. House of Representatives Office of General Counsel, supporting litigation efforts in state and federal courts around the country. Following her graduation, Pam clerked for a judge of the United States District Court for the District of Alaska before joining Andrew Schmidt Law in 2020.

Pam graduated from Princeton University in 2007 with a degree in Geosciences and Environmental Studies, awarded magna cum laude. She also holds an M.S. in Environmental Science and Policy from Johns Hopkins University.

Peter Mancuso

Peter Mancuso graduated from U.C. Berkeley in 2005 with a degree in History and Political Science and earned his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2008.  At Georgetown Peter was the Managing Editor of the American Criminal Law Review. After law school Peter moved to New York City and joined Clyde & Co. U.S. LLP as an associate, representing clients in various litigation matters including insurance and contract disputes. Peter then joined Arent Fox LLP as an associate in 2012, where he took a leading role in both large-scale complex commercial litigation matters and smaller pro-bono cases. Peter has represented clients in civil matters in both federal and state courts concerning wide-ranging subject matter including insurance, environmental, wage and hour and contract law.

Peter moved to Maine and joined Andrew Schmidt Law PLLC in 2015. Peter is admitted to practice law in New York and Maine.
